Dear XXXers!
Now that I have come back from my business assignment may time na ako sumulat uli and continue my thanks na hindi natapos before. Bago yun I would like to say that the SUV SAFETY SCHOOL has received international recognition (yes, INTERNATIONAL) when it was featured in Nissan's Headline Monitor.
The Headline Monitor is distributed to the whole Nissan network globally and after the feature people have started calling me asking about the concept and how it has been developed, what was it for and how the conditions are etc...etc...
At the time the main features was CLUB X, and you have your post and pix throughout the Nissan network...
And apparently there is some Hong Kong rock star dude in Japan named Kevin Lim so that name was particularly controversial.
In the November issue the feature is the SUV Safety School but there was no pix of Club X. Sa December issue natin lalagay yun so it is better. All the releases came from NMPI plus others. Someone will write about it in World News (Chinese newspaper).
I am expecting an article from Tessa Salazar of Philippine Daily Inquirer too. Uulit tayo sa BusinessMirror pero full length naman...
Let me go on to thank Rock Star Kevin for the Murano ride kaya lang walang drive. Also for inviting me to his fitness gym. I will seriously take you up on that bro! (Ang taba ko pa rin talaga)
What's next for Club X? Punta ba kayo on Nov. 15, our next to the last round? Baka ma-extend pa to December due to insistent public demand. (Actually due to more inquiries...) Lets complete all Club X members. My suggestion is that newbies who attend SUV School and get certified parang equivalent na ng 2 EBs or something.
Next year I will try to raise funds to continue it on a smaller scale pero maganda sana kung tuloy-tuloy siya...
Good morning mga XXXers! Kita tayo uli. I would also like to sit down with the officers to discuss some Christmas charity activity we can conduct with orphanages, etc--we can make it a family affair--and we will look for sponsors to do it. What do you think?
Get back to me soon! Also I would like to have a club directory at NMPI of Club X for events etc. I saw, test drove and commented on the new X-TRAIL in Japan which unfortunately will not happen until late 2010 due to sourcing issues. That is the bad news. But it is so good a car it will be worth waiting for. Tapos yung Philippine specs will be surprising.
Pero don't ask me for a diesel engine. Ayaw nila ibigay sa atin. Pang Japan lang daw. _________________ X-TRAIL owners are lucky. They are driving a Skyline and they do not know it. (And a truly capable off-roader too!) |

Thanks, Raymond! Its great to hear another Filipino ingenuity is catching attention around the world. The Club really appreciates all the support you have been extending to us. And we hope this symbiotic relationship between NMPI and ClubX continue to flourish.
You are very welcome to join us for the Nov. 30 charity event. Either as NMPI ... or on a personal capacity ... sounds great either way!
And 2010 is just 2 years down the road. Time flies quickly. By then, some of the members will be ripe for an X-Trail upgrade.
More power to you! _________________

Hello Senor Hermie. I thank you for your congratulations! I quoted you in our PR. When I go to Japan I just feel bad why we can't bring in all those wonderful cars...ay! Then I wake up to find myself on the left side of the car... _________________ X-TRAIL owners are lucky. They are driving a Skyline and they do not know it. (And a truly capable off-roader too!) |

| Boss Raymond, we'll discuss this with the officers and hopefully we can have another run at the training school. As what they say, practice makes perfect. With regards to the newbies who will be joining the SUV training school, we'll finalize this with the officers and come up credit schemes (1 eb and 1 fun run) for those who would like to join the group. We also hope you can sit down and join us in one of our ebs so that we can get to know more of the man behind this project. |

I was able to attend the school last saturday Nov15 afternoon session.
It was really amazing! I discovered and learned a lot of things about our xtrail, offroad driving and about safety before anything else. Attending the school only proves how lucky we are buying and owning an xtrail. our baby can really do it. Lupet! Sobra! No exact words can describe how I felt.I was so happy and contented with my ride. The best! SUper sulit!Travelling all the way from Marikina to Santa Rosa. Damn! The best talaga!
Super special thanks to sir Raymond, Grace and to the rest of Nissan Phillipines staff.
You're the best! Thanks to sir Beeboy and rest of his crew.
Di ako napagod going home to Manila and sundo ko pa batas sa office in Makati. Had dinner pa and went home about 12midnight na. Walang pagod because of the experience. Lalo na certified and got the shirt.
Thanks again. Goodluck to Nissan for the next activities and projects. Thank you to clubx.
Without your group, baka di ako nagdecide to get an xtrail. Thank you for all the information you share in the web. More power and God bless!!! |
