Hello boys and girls!  Club X is holding its 1st Quarter Grand EB for 2009 on Saturday March 21 at 9:00pm
Since there are only 4 of these a year, the officers hereby request all members to support our club and attend. Newbies are also welcome to join this gathering and meet your fellow X-Trailers. Please post your intention to attend so they can do a headcount.
This Grand EB will be used to discuss club aims and other business for 2009, examples of which are our FunRun to Valentino Resort in Laguna, and our Tree Planting Activity. We will also welcome newbies at this time.
The venue will be Starbucks @ Paseo de Magallanes. Alternative venue suggestions are welcome but if another cannot be agreed upon, the above location stands.

Yes, this will be our 1st General EB for the year 2009...
agenda:
1. Funrun
2. Tree Planting
3. Club X logo for car sticker and shirt
4. Programs for year 2009.. assessment
5. other concerns/ideas for the improvement of the group
Newbies, this is your chance to catch up.... remember 1 GEB plus 1 funrun = ClubX member

Parking is already a concern at jetti gas station and Macapagal ave. is noisy. Alabang area for alternative venue?

yup, parking is a problem here.. maybe Paseo de Magallanes as alternative venue? though they charge minimal parking fee like P15-20 flat rate.
