|
|
I've tried the search button for sound deadening but I found no threads regarding the total cost of sound deadening the X trail, complete package, including door panels, trunk beds or any recommended areas to be filled in with it.
Question is, how much would it cost to dampen the sound in an X trail? I know P600 is the retail price for a sheet of the material, but I need to know the package deal someone gets from it. Sana makatulong din eto sa newbies like me. Thanks sa lahat! |

Uy! salamat sa maagang reply. Weight issue sa 600-peso deadener??? Mabigat ba talaga?
If not, How many sheets (P600) would it require me to cover all the structures as per picture?
Demmit! Na-o-O.C. ako sa sasakyan dahil sa forum na 'to! Hahaha! |

Nope as long as you use a quality product (meaning it can be thin yet perform its function) and applied by a competent installer, sound deadener will not interfere with any power window or door lock function. A heat gun (not a hair dryer) should be used. _________________ we ride together, we die together...bad boys for life...

Oo nga, di ba pwedeng yung 600-peso-per-sheet na lang maski mabigat? Ilang sheet kaya uubusin ko?
Ganito na lang, please give us ideas on how much would it cost for each options? So far, Boye444 gave us a good cost idea for Stinger roadkill, Thanks Boye444!
How 'bout other brands? |

I asked for a quote before from Vibrasystem. around 12k ata yung sinabi to apply vibrasystem blocks to the entire cabin - all doors plus truck area.
Didn't push through with it though and went with dynamat instead. It cost around 10/12k i think for all doors, plus the sides of the trunk and the trunk itself. May natira pang dalawang sheet ng original dynamat for the spare tire area. Coverage wasn't as good though as in the picture posted by sir boye44.
I was happy naman with the outcome. Recently nga lang may mga rattle na lumabas ulit in my right front door. Baka natanggal ng konti yung deadening, i'm not sure. |

Thanks Camote, very informative. Where did you get that done? I plan to visit the place.
Dynamat ain't good as vibrasystem? Stinger roadkill better than Vibrasystem? |
