For those who will purchase my deadening materials and thinking of installing it yourself, here's how:
Basically you have to prepare the following materials:
- heatgun
- wet towel (basahan pwede na basta basa)
- cutter
- scissor
- screwdriver
- wrench (10" usually)
1. You need take off the door panel, inner door plastic cover and all other screws na makakahambalang during the installation. Dahan dahan lang po sa pagtangal ng mga screws and knots and make sure na tanda mo ang dating pwesto ng mga ito. Also make sure na malinis po lahat sa loob ng pinto.
2. to begin with, position po ang deadening material ng pahalang or vertical sa pintuan, then tangalin lang ng kaunti yung part na didikit ang deadening.
3. Once na naka position na, ibalik uli yung door panel para masukat kung san puputulin yung mga sobrang materials.
4. Then trace na po natin using any pointed yet not sharp na bagay na pwedeng gumuhit lang sa deadening materials....
5. After ma trace, pwede na po ulit tangalin yung door panel at gupitin yung sobra.
NOTE: Make sure na may 1/2 inch from the trace line papasok ang gupit. Para hindi sakto sa shape door panel, kasi kakapal at mahihirapan kayong ibalik.
6. After magupit yung sobrang deadening materials, pwede na po nating tangalin lahat ng papel sa likod para madikit na sa pinto.
then butas yung mga parte na pagpapasukan nung mga door wires and etc.
7. pag ready na lahat, then pwede niyo na po heatgun para totally lumapat at dumikit na yung deadening.
Here's some tip sa pag heatgun,
- Make sure na part by part lang ang pag heatgun (ideally 5x5inches area lang muna)
- Sway the heatun left and right or up and down na 1/2inch ang pagitan between the deadening and heatgun.
- patagalin up to 30 to 45 secs or max 1min para mas uminit. Ang OEM deadening materials pong binebenta ko ay mas gusto ang mainit para mas malambot ang pag diin at kumapit ng husto.
- alalay lang sa pag diin para indi mabutas yung mga part na me butas.

10.5K for the entire car with labor? sobra mura na yan.
Ano brand gamit nila? Based on the pic looks heavy.
