Since my sub is on top of the tire jack, I thought of making a jack station that would be easy to access - middle of the spare tire Laughing

I made it out of thick cardboard & applied fiberglass all around it for strength & durability:

The stock scissor type jack is longer than my DIY jack compartment, so had to get a 6-ton hydraulic in-line bottle jack from a sale in Blade:

Putting it all together now in the middle spare tire:

Placing back my DIY flooring.......voila! Very Happy

Just a simple mod Laughing

Salamat sir Very Happy

I did research sa net as well as ask some friends - they said they prefer the bottle jack over the stock scissor type. However, madali lang naman isingit ang scissor jack anywhere around the spare tire - dami pa spaces around it eh Laughing

No worries sir - alin ba ang gusto nyo malaman?

We do have a small fiberglass facility - but I let my workers do all the work hehehe Twisted Evil

Fiberglass is very itchy & curing fiberglass has unhealthy fumes - so better let fiberglass workers do all the work.

I do make mock-ups via cardboard, wood or whatever material thats easy & safe to work with......tapos I just give it to my workers if I wanted it replicated in fiberglass, either as a one off or with a mold for multiple products Very Happy
