Motul 8100 X-Cess is a really good oil, better than Mobil 1 in terms of detergency and similarly priced if not cheaper. For the ultimate Oil Motul 300V is the one to get, 3,750 for 4 liters.

am seriously considering speedyfix's motul promo >> 1,900 for the oil change inclusive of labor and filter, they will use a fully synthetic 10W40.

Motul H100 10W-40. I still prefer the 8100 X-CESS 5W-40 though.

Now I'm using Motul 300V 5W-40. It's quite expensive but it's supposed to be the ultimate oil. I was using 8100 X-Cess before my last oil change.

Change oil only, although their prices are very reasonable.

hey guys!

just used 8100 on an xtrail yesterday. he's one of the members and has the 18x9.5 p45 rims all around Smile

re: tuneups... there's not much to do naman since timing, etc is ecm controlled.

if ever palit plugs lang.

we can advance the timing on the 2.5 xtrail via computer interface. did it to one xtrail na and the response is much better pero still safe since the knock sensor can retard the timing in case it detects knocks/pings in the engine.

haven't found a 2.0 xtrail we can experiment on yet tho. hehehe!
