Compliment:
magagaling yung mga service advisers, mabilis ang service, laging inuupdate yung customer about sa status nung vehicle
Complaints:
nagperepair kami ng damage sakanila pero d nila nakuha orig color nung sasakyan (xtrail), tapos yung interior sobrang dumi tapos may mga white spots sa seats, doors, dashboard, steering wheel, handbrake, etc. |

hirap talaga habolin ng orange. mine sa dupont ko pinatimpla yung color orange, nakuha nila.

| dati pinarepaint ko na yan sa dad ng kabarkada ko, kuhang kuha nila yung kulay...may epal ksi na mazda3 na nagmamadali, tinamaan bumper sa likod pati sa ilalim ng tail lights sa left. ang gusto nya sa accredited ng insurance company, ayun...nissan q ave ang binagsakan...ayun...wala na...tapos na ang warranty ng paint job. yaw na nila sagutin. |

grabe iyong experience ko dito ... from 2 pm-5:30 pm ako naghintay... para lang sa change oil... tapos paglabas ng xt ko... puro nanaman gas gas.... dati ganun rin nangyari nun nilabas ko sa casa nun bago pa... they won't accept my complaint na me traces from buffing iyong sa hood ko which sinabi nila swirls lang daw iyong kesyo black daw kasi iyon ( di na natanggal tsk tsk)....

Boss pag di ka masaya switch casa na lang, money and time are too precious already tapos when you spend they make you feel bad pa. But if you have no choice but to go to Gallery Q. Ave because of proximity, etc., let me know so I so I can forward your complaint to one of the partners.

| When it comes to sa accessibility, that's a big factor 'coz i study at ust. so i just have to drop off the car then go to school then pick it up when i have early free time. As for the completion time of the unit, i call for an appoinment so that i will be entertained immediately. After the service, everything is neat and tidey except only during the body repair, which is the interior is a lil bit dirty with white spots all over the place. Also, the paint faded after the warranty period. |

sir garrick... san po kayo nagpapa maintenance ng xt, san pong casa?... sakin kasi okay na sana iyong tagal na pag change oil since hindi ako nagpa appointment...pero everytime nalang na cinacarwash iyong xt... puro gas gas paglabas.... tapos na damage pa sa buff machine nila iyong hood... ayaw nalang makipagtalo ni misis sa q.a. dahil baka it will end up nothing lang din....

nakakatakot naman nangyari sa iyo sir... anu pong ginawa niyo po para maibalik sa dati iyong ganda ng color ng xt niyo po?

naku wala. orange pa naman. yung rear door (hatch) is nasa orig color. the whole rear bumper and the left panel sa may gas tank hanggang sa may tail lights ib. so kapaga naarawan, kitang kita na napinturahan. altho makintab pero iba talaga yung kulay. hindi sya orange. at d man lang naging orange ng vios, crosswind o civic sir. nung naailabas ko ng casa, walag prob sa kulay. after few months nagiba na. tsk tsk tsk...ilang araw na lang nga good bye xtrail na ako...hello escape na. mamimiss ko xtrail ko.  |

| hehe! ala na magawa. nung sinabi ko sa nissan, a month expired na yung repair warranty so wala na. nabingo na yung xty namin. halatang halata pa naman lalo na yung bumper. d naman actually kami may gusto sa nissan ipagawa kundi yung insurance company. ang gusto yung 5-star na repair shop. ayun...parang 3-star repar shop lang gumawa. |
