Yes, I usually see that car (Blue/Black Altis) naka full body kit with ATOY stickers, white mag wheels naka park sa labas ng detachment office ng Greenhills. |

I don't even think it's a law, that's why it's very questionable.

Malamang tyempohan lang yan. Pag na tyempohan ka ng TMG & MMDA, huli ka. Pag hindi, enjoy hehehe

Meron me napost na some research and comment re this MMDA statement, kaso po na post ko under external upgrade on HID. paki-read na lang for your comments. Thanks!
Overview: No Law, ordinance or resolution yet for HID use.
