Last May 16, 2007, I was caught in an accident between a truck and a lancer at SLEX going to C5 ramp.
then dinala ko yung xty sa nissan westgate kung san namin nabili. at first, tinanong namin kung pwede palitan nalang yung unit. sabi nila hindi daw pwede kailangan daw at least 70% damage daw before i declare na total loss yung unit. sabi naman nila after repair, good as new daw yung kotse. hindi daw mapapansin na nabangga na yung car. so napapayag kme.
after 5 long months, wala pa rin, hindi pa rin daw tapos kse daw yung mga inorder nila from japan, wala pa rin daw. nagrerequest na kme ng service unit kse wala na kmeng magamit. sabi nila hindi daw cla nagpapahiram ng service unit. fortunately, kakilala nung isa naming family friend yung may ari nung dealership, so tinawagan namin. sabi nung owner, kakausapin daw muna nya yung mga boys nya sa N.W.A. then next day tinawagan kme nung service manager ng nissan sabi nila, gagawan daw nila ng paraan matapos in one week yung xty namin.
here are some pics of their work sabi nila hindi daw mahahalata na nabangga na yung kotse...
tabingi na yung wiper sa likod.
malaki yung gap nung RH tailight tsaka yung rear windshield
this is the right gap. LH
parang minadali yung gawa. ang daming sobrang silicon.
nkalabas yung RH na headlight. d na inalign ng mabuti
front bumper ndi rin alligned
may mga hindi na latero sa ilalim ng hood... _________________

Boss alex, for sure they were taking their sweet time to fix your unit, panicked when the owner mismo followed up your car, then minadali na lang para di mahuli. Bring it back (they should fix it properly! ) and report it to your family friend. I'm POSITIVE the owner of NWA does not know the hao shao his staff pulled with your car, and if he is anything like boss Willard, he will be grateful for you telling him. If he knew, lagot mga gagong yun  _________________ we ride together, we die together...bad boys for life...

boss garrick, im tired na of bringing it back to them eh. binalik ko na sa kanila several times already. ganon pa rin. yung iba, hindi na daw mahabol. sagad na daw yung adjustment as they say. matagal sila gumawa dun eh. was thinking nga of transferring to Nissan U.N. sobrang hindi namin nagustuhan yung service sa NWA eh. tsaka madami nawala sa kotse nung pinasok namin. hahaha. yung chamois ko na pang linis hindi pa pinatawad. _________________

For sure if you bring it to UN, aalagaan ni boss Willard yan, and if di talaga kaya there won't be any false promises made...but of course the financial responsibility will switch from NWA to you if you move to UN, ok lang ba yun? Pero totoo lang, ang sakit sa puso tingnan ang xt sa ganyang condition...I understand your feeling na you'll do anything para ma-back to normal lang siya uli... _________________ we ride together, we die together...bad boys for life...

| I will definitely have a heavy heart considering they didn't meet my expectations. This also goes to show that not all repair shops really takes care of their work. Garrick is right, I you consider having it fixed somewhere else you can no longer complain about the job that they made. |

Na-experience ko rin b4 yan mga ganyan sa ibang dealer, may mga hindi nagawa, puro palusot at pianubra ang trabaho etc etc
Mbuti nalang nkilala ko si Boss Willard, sya na ngyon ang caregiver este nasa kanyang dealer na pala ang loyalty ko. Sulit tlaga sa NUN. Hinding hindi na ako mgpapagawa sa ibang casa... promise! Kahit hindi na Nissan ang ride ko dyan pa rin ako hehehe joke3x  |

| i think you better talk to your insurance agent, tell them what NWA did to you car and you want to transfer to nissan U.N. to fix your car. |
