Good news for those who owns an x-trail with the honeycomb grill. The replacement parts needed for the filler tube is already available and the recall has already started. If you haven't replaced yours yet, contact your dealer for your immediate schedule.

ung mga xtrail na me honeycomb grill lang ba ung affected nito? i bought my xtrail last october 2005. di na kasama un?

yes dakila, your x-trail is not included in the recall. Only x-trails with honey comb grills are being recalled for the said replacement.

actually pinapalitan ata ng erpats ko ung grille ng honeycomb kasi ayaw ata niya nung v grille.. pero may baby miror na saka spoiler etc. etc. kaya di ko alam kung old stock o bago stock ung akin.. pano ba malalaman?.. thanks!..

Ask you dealer about it, they should have a list for all of the recalls

had mine done already...took less than an hour... Very Happy

if any of you live in the area of commonwealth, i'd be happy to do it for you dito sa nissan commonwealth... Wink

please note that you dont have to go to the dealer where you got your unit...as long as you go to an authorized nissan service center (casa).

x2, have you had yours done? i can arange for it to be done at sunny motors...just inform me 1 day before so i can send the part there... Wink

good news xtrail (honeycomb) owners..

if you're in manila area, just visit us at nissan u.n. avenue or you can pm or call me for ur appointment for the replacement of fuel filler tube.. like what boss leo said "please note that you dont have to go to the dealer where you got your unit...as long as you go to an authorized nissan service center (casa).". but this is a first come first serve basis coz supplies are not that abundant to be serve one time.

(dwn4u) we could check if your unit is with the affected parts or you could check it for yourself.

if your production unit is falls between the ff:
250x = 0001 - 1140
200x = 0001 - 0613
200 = 0001 - 2317

this could be indentified in the upper radiator support of your unit near the caution sticker.
