Good day to everyone,
To those who have replaced their original 2-DIN HU with a single din aftermarket upgrade - is there a single din facia kit for the Xty being sold?
Perhaps something like the HU on top & pocket at the bottom.......or even vice versa.
Or is it simply buying a single DIN pocket & just integrating the single DIN HU either on top or bottom of the plastic pocket?
Any help would be appreciated - thank you! |

hello macdon & welcome to the forums!
you can buy several kits to fill the void left by a 1-din HU,
i've seen drawers, pop-out cupholders, and a variety of other
designs & trim. i have a slide-out drawer which is quite handy and set it
below the HU. try checking out concorde shops, banawe or
any car audio specialty store.

| hi sir.. i just had my 2-din stock hu replaced with a 1-din pioneer 6050ub. i bought a plastic pocket (what they call a "spacer" ) to fill in the void left from half of the 2-din hu. You can buy it at any car/audio shop. I bought mine at C3 4x4 in Sgt Rivera, but the installation was done at JeffTan's. The spacer cost 500php. |

sir Eboy & sir ljl - thank you po for your replies 
Just to clarify, once the stock jvc 2-din stereo has been taken out - we could already insert the aluminum cage of our single din stereo without buying any brackets or trim frames?
With regards to that "plastic pocket/spacer", I called some Nissan dealers and found one being sold in Balintawak......however, the closest dealer to me which is Westgate, Alabang doesnt have any 
Will probably search the Alabang auto acc shops if they carry this single din pocket.

You're welcome sir.. Yes, you don't have to buy new brackets as it will fit...  |

afaik, pwede pa eh. there's this guy selling in other forums, mga audio solutions for most cars. i inquired before and may interface that i can get to still be able to use the stock remote. around 4.5k ata yun.. try to google maxx energy
