pero guys what do you think of this new barriers? nakakatulong ba or just another road hazard?

nag balance pa sa center yung camry, hindi nahulog.. ang galing!! puwede pang show!!!

frankly, a lot of these barriers dont have proper lighting or reflectors , that's why a lot of accidents happen at night with the barriers... minsan tabingi pa maglagay ng barrier... tapos kapag nabangga mo, babayaran mo pa MMDA kasi damage to their property daw..

IMO, anything can turn into a road hazard if you're not paying attention. Daytime naman eh, no excuse for not seeing the barrier unless drop dead gorgeous katabi mo Wink

hayy its a common sight here in commonwealth especially in the morning, concrete barriers in the middle of the road, aftermath of accident on the night before. I think this is becoming more of a hazard rather than safety tools considering the accidents left and right. MMDA should reassess the use of these barriers or at least address the problem of it's visibility.

actually, that accident happened in the wee hours of the morning, the MMDA was trying to remove it by mid-morning... they have to use a boom truck to carefuly put down the camry..

i agree 100% with belle that MMDA should address the problem with visibility...

Ohhhh sayang ang Camry, that'll be an expensive repair job.

IMHO its a road hazzard, tho I think Bayani Fernando has done a good job with some of his traffic schemes this is just plain BS. MMDA should focus on implementing traffic rules and regulations often times I 'em flocks of MMDA enforcers flocking on one corner and waiting for an unsuspecting prey. Swerving Violation anyone? (FYI Swerving isn't a violation, I just found that out from another forum)

These concrete barriers oftentimes cause bottlenecks and do more harm than good.
